When are board meetings?

- The 2024-25 meetings of the Board of Directors will be held at 7:30pm Central Time on:
- Monday, October 7, 2024
- Monday, November 4, 2024
- Monday, December 2, 2024
- SUNDAY, JANUARY 5, 2025 In person (if weather permits)
- Monday, February 3, 2025
- Monday, March 3, 2025
- Monday, April 7, 2025
- Monday, May 5, 2025
- A minimum of 4 board meetings is required each year, per the by-laws.
- Any Director or the Music Director may request that an item be included in the agenda for a meeting of the Board.
- A Director may participate in the meeting in person, by telephone conference, or by video conference.
- Voting on issues is restricted to Directors on the board.
- A simple majority of the Directors shall determine the outcome of any vote unless otherwise specified in these Bylaws.
- Votes may be cast electronically or in person.
- A Director who fails to attend two consecutive meetings of the Board without excuse or who otherwise fails to participate in the work of the Board may be asked to resign.
