Susie Forkum, Cello

Picture
GSO Member Since 2022

Favorite GSO Memory:  The All-Beethoven Concert in April 2022 was my first time ever to play in a symphony orchestra. It is something that has been on my “bucket list” so that concert will always be a wonderful memory!

What do you do when you're not playing in the GSO?  I am retired from the real estate industry.

Hobbies and interests?  While playing my cello is the hobby that consumes most of my leisure time, I also enjoy working in the yard, yoga classes, and playing Mahjong Tiles online.

The Germantown Symphony Orchestra, with its commitment to contribute to the performing arts community and music education, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation, in any of its activities or operations.  The GSO membership is open to any persons desiring an inclusive and welcoming environment to share their music abilities.
